Baghaus is a family-owned and operated company based in Los Angeles. Our company began as a small labor of love between founders Erika and Jason Chung, but has very quickly become the leading destination for stylishly chic, high quality handbags & purses.

How does the 110% Price Protection work?

If you find an item for a lower price on another web site or in a retail store, we will refund you 110% of the difference between the lower price and our price.*
    Here's how it works:

  • The item must be brand new, available for purchase, and identical (features, style, size, color, quantity, etc) to the item on Baghaus.com.
  • If a web site or store, it cannot be an auction site, paid membership club, Amazon.com or eBay Express.
  • If a store, it must be a legitimate store located in the United States with an online retail website.
  • Items sold with a manufacturer's rebate or on CLEARANCE are not eligible for Price Protection.
  • Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference.

  • Here are the three easy steps to receive your refund:

  • Order the item that you want from Baghaus.com.
  • Please call us toll-free at 1-877-861-7257 with your order number, and either the URL of the site where you found the item (and directions of how to find the item), or the name and phone number of the store where you found the item.
  • We will verify the information, give you a discount equal to 110% of the difference, and email you with your new total. Offer is not valid unless information can be verified by Baghaus.com.

Please note that this offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase. Each customer is permitted to apply this offer to a maximum of one (1) item during any given calendar month.

Do you sell to wholesale buyers?

How would you rate the quality of your bags?

If you came to Baghaus expecting to buy a $2000 designer calfskin bag, then we aren't the store for you.

And if you came to get a bag for $15 that might fall apart on you in two months, then you'll also want to look somewhere else.

But if you came to shop for reasonably priced bags that are both stylish and well-made, with keen attention paid to durability and construction, then Baghaus is your perfect match.

Our bags may not be very expensive, but we treat them like they are - we only choose to carry products that are made with quality-tested materials and hardware. So while you won't be paying exorbitant prices for our bags, you can still expect to receive merchandise that is held to higher standards of quality and craftsmanship.

What is faux leather?

Over 80% of the merchandise that we carry is made from the highest grades of faux (or synthetic) leather.

Faux leather is a synthetic polyurethane material that reproduces the feel and durability of genuine leather. Many prefer faux leather because it is washable, requires very little maintenance, and is not derived from any animal products. And best of all, the faux leather on most of our bags is soft to the touch like real leather - so close that our customers report they can barely tell the difference!

Are your bags knockoffs?

Baghaus does not sell "knockoffs."

The term "knockoffs" is generally used to describe counterfeit items that illegally use the trademarked logos or brand names of popular designers.

Although some of our products may have design elements that are loosely inspired by other designers, none of our products will ever illegally bear the trademarked logos or brand names of any other fashion houses. Baghaus will never try to pass our products as those belonging to someone else.

What are the benefits of free registration?

Registering for a Baghaus account login is free and convenient. With your own account, you can store your shipping information for faster checkout, view your order history, and add bags to your wishlist to share with friends.

Login/Password Problems

If you have forgotten your password, you may reset your password and have a new password sent to you via email. Just follow the "reset password" link on the member login page.

If you are still unable to login, you will need to call us during peak business hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm PST) and have a customer care representative help you with accessing your account.

Why can't I see my previous orders?

Any order that you placed prior to registering for a Baghaus account will not be displayed in your order history.

How much is shipping?

Standard UPS Ground shipping is $4.95 or FREE for all orders over $50.00.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii incur an additional $20.00 surcharge.

How do I track the shipping for my order?

Your UPS tracking code will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been picked up and scanned by UPS.

If you place your order on a weekday before 1:00pm PST, you should expect to receive your tracking code the same evening.

All orders placed after 1:00pm PST, over the weekend, or during public holidays will receive their tracking codes the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All UPS Ground orders will be shipped within 48 hours pending payment verification and availability. Customers who choose expedited shipping will have their orders shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3:00pm EST.

Can I change or cancel my order?

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Baghaus cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the UPS tracking system shows that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with UPS to report your lost shipment.

What is your returns policy?

Baghaus.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase by offering you our 30 Day Satisfaction-Guaranteed Return Policy. We stand behind our products 100% and offer you the option of returning or exchanging items that do not meet your needs.

You have 30 days from the day that you receive the package to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange. For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you free of charge within the domestic US.

Here are the details of our policy:

  • We will credit you the full purchase price, any taxes, minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you free of charge within the domestic US. International exchanges will incur standard international shipping fees.
  • All items must be in brand new condition with all hang tags attached and unmarked, with the original box and packaging.
  • ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, AND/OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. ITEMS WITH THE TAGS ALTERED OR REMOVED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. MERCHANDISE MARKED AS CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. (Clearance items are items found in the CLEARANCE section of our website.)
  • Baghaus reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise or may ban a customer from completing future purchases, if it is determined that a customer has a history of abusing the returns policy.
  • If the item that you ordered was already damaged or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to replace or repair the defective item as soon as possible. Any damage or discrepancies claimed after the 48 hours of receipt will be subject to our discretion.

How do I process my return and where do I send it?

  • You must arrange your return or exchange within the 30-day period specified above.
  • Simply complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Make sure to enclose the invoice and the return item(s) in a securely sealed box.
  • It is strongly recommended to use a trackable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Once you have sent us your return, it generally takes 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.

What if my bag is damaged?

If the merchandise that you received is damaged, you have 48 hours from the receipt of your package to notify us. Please call our toll free number immediately to discuss your damaged merchandise with a customer service representative.
