110% Price Protection Policy


If you find an item for a lower price on another web site or in a retail store, we will refund you 110% of the difference between the lower price and our price.*
    Here's how it works:

  • The item must be brand new, available for purchase, and identical (features, style, size, color, quantity, etc) to the item on Baghaus.com.
  • If a web site or store, it cannot be an auction site, paid membership club, Amazon.com or eBay Express.
  • If a store, it must be a legitimate store located in the United States with an online retail website.
  • Items sold with a manufacturer's rebate are not eligible for Price Protection.
  • Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference.

  • Here are the three easy steps to receive your refund:

  • Order the item that you want from Baghaus.com.
  • Please call us toll-free at 1-877-861-7257 with your order number, and either the URL of the site where you found the item (and directions of how to find the item), or the name and phone number of the store where you found the item.
  • We will verify the information, give you a discount equal to 110% of the difference, and email you with your new total. Offer is not valid unless information can be verified by Baghaus.com.

Please note that this offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase. Each customer is permitted to apply this offer to a maximum of one (1) item during any given calendar month.

*Price Protection is only available for orders shipped within the United States. Price Protection is not available for orders shipped internationally.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery Schedule:

All UPS Ground orders will be shipped within 48 hours pending payment verification and availability. Customers who choose expedited shipping will have their orders shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3:00pm EST.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel the order. However, you may return or exchange the merchandise through our standard return/exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable shipping and return shipping charges. More details on our return/exchange policies can be found here.

Address Corrections

All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is in accordance with the shipping courier's standard. Baghaus reserves the right to charge up to $10 for any address correction or forwarding address that is different than the original address on the invoice.

Lost & Stolen Packages

Baghaus is not responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking system of a chosen shipping courier shows that the package was delivered. Please choose a shipping service with signature confirmation if you believe that it is unsafe to leave the package unattended.

International Shipping



International Orders - Please allow 7-21 days for international delivery.

All international orders will incur shipping charges as displayed during checkout. Please note that Baghaus cannot be held responsible for any loss of merchandise once it leaves domestic United States territory. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the international carrier. Also please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied by your country's customs agency once the shipment arrives. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies will vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.


30 Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges


Baghaus.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase by offering you our 30 Day Satisfaction-Guaranteed Return Policy. We stand behind our products 100% and offer you the option of returning or exchanging items that do not meet your needs.

You have 30 days from the day that you receive the package to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange. For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you free of charge within the domestic US.

Here are the details of our policy:
  • We will credit you the full purchase price, any taxes, minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you free of charge within the domestic US. International exchanges will incur standard international shipping fees.
  • All items must be in brand new condition with all hang tags attached and unmarked, with the original box and packaging.
  • ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, AND/OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. ITEMS WITH THE TAGS ALTERED OR REMOVED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
  • MERCHANDISE MARKED AS CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. (Clearance items are items found in the CLEARANCE section of our website.) If you return a Clearance item, Baghaus has a right to refuse the returned package at customer's cost.
  • If the item that you ordered was already damaged or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to replace or repair the defective item as soon as possible. Any damage or discrepancies claimed after the 48 hours of receipt will be subject to our discretion.
Easy Return / Exchange Procedures:
  • You must arrange your return or exchange within the 30-day period specified above.
  • Simply complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Make sure to enclose the invoice and the return item(s) in a securely sealed box.
  • It is strongly recommended to use a trackable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Return Processing Time:
Please allow 7 - 14 days for the exchange or return to be processed. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Baghaus.com.
