    How do I make a wholesale purchase?

    Our website is setup to process your wholesale order, but you can also make a purchase by phone, fax or email. You can access our order form here

    Order Minimum &Payment Information


    1st order has a $200 minimum purchase amount. Reorders must be 6 or more handbags.
    Baghaus accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa. We do not accept COD for wholesale orders.

    Baghaus does not share customer information (including e-mail addresses) with any outside parties. We may only disclose information when you tell us to do so, to identify or contact you, or to protect your rights or the rights of Baghaus as required by law.

    Even within Baghaus, we restrict access to your information only to those individuals who need it to provide you with products or services available from our company.

    Wholesale Shipping & Delivery

    Order Processing :

    All wholesale orders are usually processed same day if received before 3pm EST, but it can take up to 72 hours to process your order depending on availability and inventory. Availability and prices are subject to change at anytime. Please understand that wholesale orders tend to take more time for preparation, but we push to get the orders out as soon as possible. If you need your order expedited for any reason, please contact us and we can make accommodations to expedite your order. Otherwise all wholesale orders will be shipped out via UPS GROUND for domestic USA orders, UPS Standard to Canada for Canadian orders, and UPS WORLDWIDE EXPEDITED for all other international orders.

    UPS Ground Delivery Time Map:

    Most orders take 3 - 5 business days for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday.

    Shipping & Delivery Schedule:

    All domestic wholesale orders within the U.S. will be shipped via UPS Ground. Customers who choose expedited shipping will have their orders shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3:00pm EST.


    Order Cancellations

    If you need to cancel a wholesale order, please call us ASAP at 1-877-861-7257. If the order has already been processed and sent to our warehouse, it is usually too late to cancel - you will need to follow our standard returns procedures.

    Address Corrections

    All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is in accordance with the shipping courier's standard. Baghaus reserves the right to charge up to $10 for any address correction or forwarding address that is different than the original address on the invoice.

    Lost & Stolen Packages

    Baghaus is not responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking system of a chosen shipping courier shows that the package was delivered. Please choose a shipping service with signature confirmation if you believe that it is unsafe to leave the package unattended.

    International Orders

    To protect ourselves from fraudulant orders, we now require all international customers to fax or email a copy of the front and back of your credit card and I.D. card for verification purposes. Your name on your ID must match the name on the credit card.

    International Shipping
    All Canada wholesale orders will be shipped via UPS STANDARD to CANADA. Customer is still responsible for any additional Customs DUTY, TAXES, Fees.

    All international wholesale orders outside North America are shipped via UPS WORLDWIDE EXPEDITED. This ensures that you get your order in a timely and reliable manner. We no longer ship with USPS international due to too many lost packages.


    International Shipping charges displayed at checkout are only estimates. Final shipping charges/adjustments to shipping estimate will be applied once the order is complete and we are able to figure out the insurance, final weight, dimensions, shipping distance and final shipping cost. We will manually adjust your charge for shipping once we have the final shipping price. Shipping fees are subject to change without notice. Please note that Baghaus cannot be held responsible for any loss of merchandise once it leaves domestic United States territory. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the international carrier.


    Returns & Exchanges

    There are no return or exchanges on wholesale orders. All wholesale sales are final.

    You have 5 days to inspect the merchandise upon receipt of goods. We are glad to exchange or credit merchandise that is damaged from the manufacturer/supplier. We do not issue call tags or return labels on wholesale orders. Please ship defective bags to the following address: Baghaus, 3733A San Gabriel River Pkwy, Pico Rivera, CA 90660. If the item is not found defective from the manufacturer/suppler, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee off the invoiced price.

    Please note that we are not responsible for normal "Wear and Tear" of any products.
